Project Manager (High-End Resi AV, Lighting, Shading, Control)

You Have:

Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager in AV/LV. Knowledge of the built environment and experience with all three phases of implementation of Home Technology Systems (Rough/Trim/Final). A steady work history with experience in this field, a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

Your Location:

Projects are located in Greenwich, CT and the surrounding area

Your Schedule:

Full Time (40hrs/Wk)

Keep actual hours at/below budgeted hours, remove redundancy and errors

Work Orders:

Issue to team, coordinate with third parties

Quality Control:

Ensure all work meets SOW, Plans, Company Standards, Client Expectations Plan sets/

Blueprints:

Read, interpret, manifest, mark-up, distribute to team

Change Orders:

Create, submit, get approval, confirm payment, execute Status updates in Project Management Software at all times.
