Full Job Description Position Summary:
Provide overall management and direction for mechanical construction projects of 5 million or more.Hiring Requirements:
Bachelor's engineering degree or equivalent experience. 7+ years' experience/knowledge of construction, design, finance, and management required. Working knowledge of structural, mechanical, and electrical civil and building practices and concepts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to make independent decisions and multi-task. Excellent business acumen. Confidence in directing and coordinating staff, subcontractors and consultants. Innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance. Thorough understanding of construction software, corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project activities. Computer skills, including Microsoft Office, scheduling software (Primavera, Microsoft Project etc.) CSL or willingness to obtain within one year of hire date. OSHA-30 Obtain and maintain a DOT medical card and pass pre-employment drug screen. Ability to obtain and maintain a valid unrestricted Driver's License. At R.H.
