Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to support Immunology Medical Payer Strategy initiatives within a large enterprise environment. This role will focus on developing payer focused scientific and pharmacoeconomic materials that support value and access strategies. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, HEOR, Clinical Development, and Commercial teams to translate clinical and economic data into actionable payer communications. The position also supports real world evidence initiatives, regulatory coordination, and strategic medical education activities. Candidates should possess strong cross functional leadership skills and experience supporting payer and reimbursement related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and support payer focused medical affairs strategies and tactical initiatives. Create payer facing scientific presentations, FAQs, and pharmacoeconomic materials. Coordinate review and approval of materials through regulatory, legal, and compliance processes. Partner with HEOR, Market Access, Commercial, and Clinical teams on strategic initiatives. Support real world evidence planning and evidence generation activities. Monitor payer trends, scientific literature, and competitive landscape updates. Assist with medical education activities including webinars, payer symposia, and advisory boards. Provide scientific and health economic support for immunology related projects. Support training initiatives for payer and value access teams. Lead and coordinate cross functional project activities with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications:
Advanced degree preferred including PharmD, PhD, or related scientific discipline. Experience supporting Medical Affairs, HEOR, payer strategy, or Market Access initiatives. Strong experience developing payer focused scientific or pharmacoeconomic materials. Knowledge of real world evidence and payer reimbursement landscape. Experience managing cross functional projects without direct authority. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience within Immunology therapeutic area. Exposure to payer education programs and advisory board activities. Knowledge of pharmacoeconomics and healthcare policy. Experience supporting evidence generation and medical communications projects.
