This is a longterm opportunity for a PM who wants autonomy, strong backing from leadership, and the chance to run meaningful work in one of the most active construction markets in the US.Key ResponsibilitiesManage mechanical and/or plumbing construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutOversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and project controlsCoordinate with field leadership, estimators, engineers, and clientsLead project meetings and maintain strong client relationshipsHandle change orders, procurement, and financial reportingEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budgetProjects You'll Work OnCommercial projectsHealthcare, education, and mission‑critical facilitiesIndustrial and large-scale MEP projects (Project exposure will align with your background.)What We're Looking For5+ years of mechanical or plumbing project management experienceBackground with a mechanical, plumbing, or MEP contractorStrong understanding of project financials and schedulingExperience managing multiple trades or large scopes preferredAbility to work independently and lead teams in the fieldWhy This Role?
