12+ MONTHS Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead medium to highly complex projects within a regulated medical device environment. This role is responsible for managing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. The individual will work cross-functionally to drive alignment, manage risks, and ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Lead large-scale or multiple concurrent projects of medium to high complexity across cross-functional teams Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations Drive execution by coordinating teams across departments, locations, and potentially global sites Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes Communicate project status, risks, and solutions to stakeholders, including senior leadership Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal processes Optimize project execution by improving efficiency, processes, and resource utilization Foster collaboration and alignment across functional and organizational boundaries Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Minimum of 8+ years of experience in project management or related discipline PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including executives Proficiency in project management tools, methodologies, and performance metrics Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
