Job Description

We are partnering with a rapidly growing Project Management consulting firm that specializes in managing electric transmission and substation construction projects for utilities and EPC contractors across the U.S. With a team of roughly 50 professionals and continued growth, the firm is expanding its Project Management team to support a strong pipeline of transmission and substation work. This is an opportunity to work alongside some of the most experienced professionals in the transmission and substation space, in an environment where your contributions are visible and valued. Many candidates coming from large engineering or utility construction firms are drawn to this role because it offers: Greater ownership and impact on projects The ability to work closely with senior experts in the industry A collaborative, tight-knit team environment A chance to help scale a highly profitable and growing firm If you enjoy managing complex power infrastructure projects but would prefer less bureaucracy and more influence, this could be an excellent next step. Desired Experience Minimum 2+ years of project management experience involving electric transmission lines or substations (69kV or higher) Bachelor's degree Experience coordinating with utilities, EPC contractors, or engineering teams is highly valued Responsibilities Set project timeline Monitor project deliverables Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Strong business acumen in project planning and management Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
