Project Manager (USACE Focus)

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of federal construction projects, with a strong emphasis on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) work. This role is responsible for managing all phases of assigned projects while ensuring compliance with federal standards, maintaining schedules and budgets, and driving overall project performance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in managing multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced construction environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee all phases of project management from pre-construction through closeout Plan, coordinate, and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources Ensure compliance with USACE requirements and all applicable federal regulations Utilize RMS for daily reporting, documentation, and project tracking Manage and track Definable Features of Work (DfOW) and ensure proper execution Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders Lead project meetings, including progress updates and coordination calls Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on schedule Ensure all safety standards and company policies are followed on job sites Review and manage project documentation, submittals, RFIs, and change orders Maintain strong communication with clients and project stakeholders Proven experience managing complex projects within the federal or defense sectors, particularly involving USACE or similar agencies.

Pay:

$53,100.89 - $63,949.46 per year
