Project Manager - Water/Wastewater Operations Inframark is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager II to lead operations across multiple facilities and contracts. If you're a strategic leader with a strong operational background and a passion for building high-performing teams, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact. What You'll Do As a Project Manager II, you'll oversee the full scope of operations, performance, and client relationships across assigned facilities: Set project goals, develop strategies, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) Drive business growth through contract management, renewals, and new opportunities Lead, hire, coach, and develop teams—building strong performance and engagement Manage client relationships, including meetings with municipal leaders and council presentations Oversee facility operations, maintenance, and capital project execution Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (OSHA, DOT, etc.) Conduct facility inspections and collaborate with regulatory agencies Own financial performance, including invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and cost control What You Bring We're looking for a results-driven leader who can operate strategically while staying close to day-to-day operations: Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience) 7+ years of experience in water or wastewater treatment operations Strong leadership experience managing teams and multi-site operations Valid driver's license; ability to obtain required water/wastewater certifications Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and data interpretation Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets and financial performance
