Responsibilities:

Oversee all phases of water and wastewater construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Manage project budgets, schedules, and overall financial performance Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution Lead project planning, procurement, and subcontractor buyout Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and contract specifications Track progress and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders Identify and resolve project risks, challenges, and change orders

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in heavy civil or utility construction Strong background in water/wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, or related municipal infrastructure projects Proven ability to manage projects $5M+ (larger project experience preferred) Solid understanding of construction contracts, scheduling (Primavera or MS Project), and cost control Strong communication and leadership skills
