Job Description

Position Summary Project Surveyors support the Head Surveyor by preparing field instructions, reviewing field data, and assisting in the determination and verification of property boundaries. This role ensures accuracy and completeness of survey deliverables through coordination with field crews and application of technical expertise.
Reporting Structure Reports to:
Chief People Officer Key Responsibilities Review final sketches and drawings to verify dimensions, materials, and overall project accuracy. Analyze the relationship between individual components and the full project scope. Prepare and revise drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Apply knowledge of surveying equipment, engineering principles, mathematics, and physical sciences to produce accurate deliverables. Make necessary adjustments or revisions to drawings based on feedback or field data. Develop charts and visual representations of statistical data. Communicate with field crews to ensure accurate and complete data collection.

Contributes creative ideas and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Associate degree, technical certification, or 2-4 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination). Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD software required. Survey-related knowledge or certification preferred.
Skills & Abilities Communication:
Ability to interpret technical documents and communicate effectively with clients, agencies, and internal teams.
Mathematics:
Strong understanding of geometry, trigonometry, and applied mathematical concepts.
Reasoning:
Capable of problem identification, data analysis, and drawing logical conclusions.
Computer Skills:
Proficiency in CAD design software required. Pay:
$28.02 - $42.00 per hour
