Project/Program Manager

Payrate:

$40.00- $44.00/hr.

Summary:

The UX project manager''s main job is to organize, lead, and oversee activities in UX design, content, research, and publishing teams. They work together with internal stakeholders and in-house full stack UX team to create project timelines and ensure the UX team completes their work on schedule and within budget. They also join scrum calls with product managers and IT and bring in the UX team when necessary.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures. Provide cost estimates Design and execute project schedule

Skills:

Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one's time. The typical base pay for this role across the U.S.

is:

$40.00- $44.00/hour . Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
