Contract Role Overview This position is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects and programs on a Capital Operations team. The role involves managing funding plans for fulfillment centers in North America and working with stakeholders in finance, start-up funding, and construction to understand building estimates and design funding. The ideal candidate will comprehend cost inputs, templates, schedules, and forecasting for future capital needs. Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end planning and execution of capital projects and programs, ensuring alignment across the Capital Operations team and key stakeholders. Develop and manage funding plans for North America fulfillment center projects, including tracking capital requirements and the timing of investments. Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Startup Funding, and Construction teams to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and align on building design and construction cost estimates. Analyze cost drivers, interpret financial templates, and ensure the accuracy of capital expenditure models and project budgets. Maintain project schedules and financial forecasts, providing visibility into upcoming funding needs and cash flow timing. Monitor program performance, identify risks or variances in cost and schedule, and drive corrective actions to keep projects on track.
Required Qualifications Experience:
A PMP certification or a minimum of five years of relevant project or program management experience is required. Candidates should have demonstrated experience managing complex schedules and working within a large corporate environment. Compensation & Benefits The estimated pay range for this position is $45.00/hr to $56.00/hr. This contract is for an initial duration of 5 months with the potential for extension.
