Our client is growing its Promotions and Sales division in San Antonio and is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join as Promotional Sales Associates across a variety of live customer campaigns and retail-based promotional events. This is a face-to-face customer acquisition role focused on engaging with customers directly in busy public environments. The position combines customer interaction, promotions, and sales support within energetic event and retail settings across the city. About the Role As a Promotional Sales Associate, you'll represent brands directly to customers at promotional events, retail pop-ups, and high-footfall campaign locations throughout San Antonio. You'll be helping customers learn more about current products, services, and offers while creating a positive and professional customer experience. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy active, people-focused work and want to gain hands-on experience in sales, communication, and customer engagement. Responsibilities Include Speaking with customers face-to-face at live promotional events Promoting products, services, and special offers Answering customer questions and providing information Assisting with customer registrations and sign-ups Supporting day-to-day event campaign activities Working closely with a supportive sales and promotions team Maintaining a professional and positive brand image Campaign Environments Campaigns take place across: Retail pop-ups Shopping centres Promotional event spaces Community events High-footfall public venues throughout San Antonio This is an in-person role with a strong emphasis on customer interaction and teamwork.
