Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Field Training Train as a propane delivery driver, ensuring safe and timely delivery to customers Learn propane system installation, maintenance, and service as a technician Follow all safety regulations and company procedures Office & Administrative Training Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries or concerns Learn to manage and interpret spreadsheets and operational reports Support human resources processes and team coordination Leadership Development Work closely with management to understand business operations and decision-making Develop leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills Prepare to take on increasing responsibility with the goal of managing a store location Salary is contingent on qualifications and experience.
