We are seeking a reliable and skilled Propane Service Technician to join our team in the Habersham, and Toccoa Georgia area. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with propane systems, including servicing propane heaters and appliances, running gas lines, performing leak checks, and repairing leaks when necessary. As a vital member of our team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers.

Responsibilities:

Service and maintain propane heaters and appliances to ensure proper operation and safety. Install and run gas lines to various appliances and equipment. Perform comprehensive leak checks and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Repair any propane leaks and address any issues with gas systems as required. Provide excellent customer service by explaining maintenance and repair work to customers. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with propane systems and appliances. Ensure all work meets safety standards and local regulations. Maintain accurate service records and documentation of work performed. Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good working condition.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a propane service technician or in a similar role. Knowledge of propane systems, heaters, appliances, and gas lines. Ability to perform leak checks and repairs in accordance with safety standards. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and safety protocols. Must pass background check and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in propane service or related field. Previous experience with installation and maintenance of propane equipment. Knowledge of local safety codes and regulations.
