Job Description

Seeking experienced and dependable Private Property Caretaker to assist with general property upkeep for a luxury private resident in Hawi. Looking for one person, or a couple, who can help keep a luxury home and land maintained, clean, and running smoothly. Lawn mowing & weed trimming General grounds maintenance Basic handyman repairs Property cleanup and hauling Outdoor upkeep and light landscaping Checking on property and reporting issues Pool maintenance Occasional errand or assistance projects Vehicle upkeep and maintenance Preferred, but not required: Housekeeping laundry Light cooking (a big advantage) Assistance with exercise Equipment Experience with landscaping, maintenance, estate management, or caretaking is a plus. This is a W2 position with overtime paid after 40 hours per week. Flexible hours. Bi-weekly paycheck via direct deposit.
