Job Description

Duties include: Preparing apartments for rent, hauling off debris, patching drywall, painting, minor plumbing & electrical. Daily work orders. Light carpentry. Taking care of the yards, snow and ice removal. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Must own your vehicle, drivers license and be reliable. Problem solving & people skills are a must. Pay is based on experience.
