Sunday-Thursday, 5:30 AM-2:00 PM (Fridays & Saturdays off) Position Summary South Orange County Homeowners Association is seeking a full-time Maintenance Staff member to support the upkeep and repair of community facilities and common areas. This role is hands-on and covers general maintenance, pool/spa care, and event support. Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repairs to common areas (fences, gates, walkways, lighting, painting, mailboxes, playgrounds, courts, clubhouse, etc.) Maintain pool and spa areas, including cleaning, chemical testing, and filter maintenance Service pool and spa equipment (pumps, motors, filters, chemical systems) Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including trash removal and restocking supplies Set up and clean up for Association and private events at the clubhouse and beach bluff facilities Respond to resident requests as directed by the Facilities Manager Coordinate with management, staff, vendors, and residents as needed Participate in rotating after-hours emergency on-call schedule Empty community trash as needed (primarily weekends)

Requirements:

Valid California driver's license and auto insurance General maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, painting, construction) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Problem-solving skills and positive attitude Microsoft Office experience a plus
