Where You Will Work Located approximately 50 miles northeast of Safford, Arizona on U.S. Highway 191, Morenci operations (an open-pit copper mining complex) has been in continuous operation since 1939. The operation consists of two concentrators, crushed-ore leach pad and stacking system, a low-grade run-of-mine (ROM) leaching system; four SX plants; and three EW tank houses that produce copper cathode. Morenci is a unique company town where our employees and their families can reconnect with nature through hiking, fishing, camping, hunting and numerous parks. The company offers several amenities, including company housing OR employees who are required to work on-site are eligible for a $750 monthly housing allowance, provided they meet program guidelines, a newly constructed daycare and community center, library, health-care facilities, state-of-the-art fitness centers, a movie theater and a skate park. Visit the Morenci town website to learn more. ## Description Under general direction, plans and performs a variety of complex property management transactions including but not limited to facilities, customer service, real estate management and safety.
- Provides administrative and technical guidance to staff, assists in the interpretation of policy and procedures established by regulatory and governmental agencies
- Participates and recommends in the selection of key staff
- Investigates complaints from customers
- Establishes and maintains open communication with other program staff; coordinates activities and works cooperatively in a professional manner
- Prepares correspondence, documents and reports to assist in retail and or hospitality environment
- Assists in providing information and resources to site officials and other departments
- Assists in the daily inspection of Townsite operations
- Performs all other duties as assigned ## Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
- Education and/or experience equivalent to a High School diploma or GED, supplemented by advanced leadership training or education up to and including a Bachelor's degree in a closely related field; AND
- At least three (3) years of related Rental Management experience, Building and Construction
- Knowledge of Real Estate principles practices and laws pertaining to property and asset management, rental and lease agreements
- Techniques of contract administration
- Principles and procedures of record keeping and reporting
- Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions Preferred
- Certifications or Licensure in Real Estate, Property Management Criteria/Conditions
- Ability to understand and apply verbal and written work and safety-related instructions and procedures given in English
- Ability to communicate in English with respect to job assignments, job procedures, and applicable safety standards
- Must be able to work in a potentially stressful environment
- Must be able to frequently sit, stand and walk
- Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to ten (10) pounds
- Personal protective equipment is required when performing work in a mine, outdoor, manufacturing or plant environment, including hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and as needed, respirator, rubber steel-toe boots, protective clothing, gloves and any other protective equipment as required

- What We Offer You The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $65,000-$90,000.
