Property Manager - Affordable Housing-Bolivar, TN LIHTC Experience Required A leading nonprofit organization serving more than 46,000 seniors nationwide is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a 40-unit affordable housing community in the Bolivar, TN area. With more than 360 communities across the U.S., we are the nation's largest nonprofit provider of affordable senior housing and a recognized leader in resident services. We are seeking a strong, compliance-driven leader with affordable housing experience — LIHTC is a MUST . Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of a 40-unit LIHTC community, ensuring full compliance with LIHTC, HUD, and all local regulations. Manage leasing, certifications, recertifications, rent collection, and occupancy goals. Provide strong leadership, coaching, and supervision to onsite staff. Maintain high maintenance standards, curb appeal, and safety protocols. Prepare required reports, maintain accurate records, and ensure audit readiness. Foster a positive resident experience and community environment. Qualifications 3-5 years of Property Management experience in affordable housing required. LIHTC experience is required. HUD knowledge strongly preferred. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and compliance skills. Ability to manage budgets, meet deadlines, and oversee daily operations.
