Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM What You'll Do:
Oversee the full operations of a LIHTC multi-family apartment community specifically Rural Development knowledge Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local affordable housing regulations (including LIHTC requirements) Lead and support a high-performing on-site team — leasing agents, maintenance, and admin staff Monitor and manage leasing activity, certifications, recertifications, and annual file audits Foster strong resident relationships by providing outstanding service and resolving concerns promptly Manage rent collections, delinquencies, and enforce lease agreements Prepare, manage, and maintain annual budgets, financial reporting, and expense tracking Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance teams to ensure top-tier property condition Conduct regular site inspections to maintain safety, curb appeal, and overall community standardsWhat You Bring:
2+ years of experience as a Property Manager in multi-family housing Must be Bilingual- Spanish Hands-on experience with LIHTC compliance, income certifications, and file audits In-depth knowledge of Fair Housing laws and affordable housing regulations Strong leadership and team-building abilities Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage, etc.
