Property Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for Property Managers to oversee the daily operations of our properties in Orland CA. This role is offered on a contract basis, providing flexibility with the potential for long-term opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including residential, commercial, or mixed-use portfolios.

Oversee tenant relations, including leasing, renewals, conflict resolution, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.

Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and inspections, working with vendors and contractors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including fair housing laws and safety standards.

Prepare and manage property budgets, collect rent, and handle financial reporting for property owners.

Market vacant units, screen applicants, and execute lease agreements.

Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to property owners and management.

Respond to emergencies and address issues promptly to maintain property standards and tenant satisfaction.
