Job Overview:
As a Property Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and overall success of residential properties. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day property management activities, maintaining tenant satisfaction, and implementing strategies to enhance property value.
Responsibilities:
1.
Tenant Relations:
Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests Maintain regular communication to ensure tenant satisfaction and proactively address issues Facilitate the leasing process, including tenant screening, lease agreements, and move-in/move-out procedures 2.
Property Maintenance:
Coordinate and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and renovations Schedule and supervise routine property inspections Ensure all properties comply with local regulations and safety standards 3.
Financial Management:
Manage property budgets, including rent collection, expense tracking, and financial reporting Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions Implement cost-effective strategies to optimize property performance 4.
Leasing and Marketing:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants Conduct market analysis to establish competitive rental rates Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective property listings and promotional materials 5.
Legal Compliance:
Stay informed about local, state, and federal regulations affecting property management Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, including fair housing regulations 6.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with maintenance staff, leasing agents, and administrative personnel Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field (preferred) Proven experience in property management or a related role Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in property management software
