Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our property portfolio. This role involves managing building systems, supervising maintenance teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and optimizing property performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, and experience in facilities management to create a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for tenants and visitors alike. Duties Oversee the maintenance and operation of building systems including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), electrical, plumbing, and low/high voltage systems. Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, ensuring timely completion of repairs and preventative maintenance tasks. Develop and implement maintenance schedules using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to track work orders and asset history. Manage facilities management activities such as inspections, safety compliance, schematics review, and troubleshooting mechanical or electrical issues. Coordinate with project management teams on upgrades or renovations involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, or industrial maintenance projects. Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards, including high voltage safety protocols. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and safety inspections to support operational efficiency. Skills Strong management skills with proven experience supervising maintenance teams or facilities staff. Mechanical knowledge of building systems including HVAC units, electrical circuits (low and high voltage), schematics reading, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and asset tracking. Electrical experience with understanding of schematics, ohmmeters, and electrical safety procedures. Knowledge of industrial maintenance practices within manufacturing or large facility environments. Project management abilities to coordinate upgrades involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs) or other automated systems. Leadership qualities to motivate teams while fostering a safety-first culture. Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and collaboration across departments. Pay:
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
