Property Manager

Property management company seeks full-time property manager (40 hrs/wk) to manage two complexes, one located in Gonzales and the other in Galvez. Schedule is Mon - Fri 8am-4:30pm w/ 30-min lunch. The property manager is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the assigned residential housing complex (or complexes), including but not limited to, property accounting, leasing, marketing, and maintenance functions. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have valid DL and transportation to run errands. Previous residential property management experience at a rural development or tax credit property preferred. $18-$19 per hour DOE. $100 monthly stipend for phone/fuel. 2BR rent-free, on-site housing available. Position is eligible for health and life insurance after 60 days of employment. Paid time off and paid holidays also provided. Criminal, credit, and reference checks will be run prior to starting employment.
