Responsibilities:

Manage tenant interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and lease enforcement. Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with the maintenance team. Oversee leasing, advertising, and tenant screening. Manage property budgets and finances. Ensure property compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:
