Job Description

Property Manager (Operations Manager) Property Owners Association of Spanish Cove (POASC) POASC is seeking an experienced Property Manager (Operations Manager) to oversee daily HOA/POA operations. This role serves as the Association's Chief Operating Officer (COO) and works under the direction of the Board of Directors. Spanish Cove is a 1750 home, 600 acre community started in 1974.
Responsibilities include:
Staff supervision (18-20) and personnel management Budgeting, financial reporting, assessments, and collections Vendor, contractor, and property maintenance oversight Enforcement of HOA/POA covenants, bylaws, and rules Homeowner relations and communications Monthly reporting to BOD and community Administration of access control systems (fobs)
Qualifications:
HOA/POA, property, or operations management experience Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and financial skills Knowledge of covenant enforcement Employment contingent upon background check and drug screening.
