Property Operations Manager

Responsibilities Manage the day to day operations of the Section 8 Multifamily Properties, in accordance with established regulations and guidelines. Supervise employees of the Property Management Office in order to meet the organization's long and short-term goals. Communicate and coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor and other staff to set priorities regarding property conditions, work orders, vacancies, and any other needed area regarding the Multifamily units to achieve goals that meet or exceed HUD standards.
