Duration :

Permanent We are seeking a hands-on Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and overall performance of a premier luxury retail property in Palm Beach. This role is responsible for ensuring all building systems operate safely and efficiently while supporting tenant fit-outs, capital projects, vendor management, and overall property excellence. Key Responsibilities Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, irrigation, fire alarm, and life safety systems. Manage preventative maintenance programs and conduct routine property inspections. Coordinate vendors and service providers including landscaping, janitorial, valet, security, and specialty trades. Support tenant fit-outs and capital projects by reviewing drawings, conducting site walks, and ensuring construction aligns with property standards. Assist with operating and CAM budgets, repair/replacement decisions, and emergency response needs. Identify opportunities to improve operations through technology and AI-driven tools. Qualifications 5-8+ years of commercial facilities or property operations experience. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems. Experience supporting construction projects within active commercial properties. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and MEP plans. Experience managing vendors in Class A retail, mixed-use, or hospitality environments preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
