Property Site Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a part-time motivated and experienced Property Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of two of our properties for 29 hours per week. As a Property Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of the property, including leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial performance. One property is located in Ash Flat, Arkansas and the other is located in Ravenden, Arkansas.

Duties:

• Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors
• Advertise and market available units to attract prospective tenants
• Screen rental applications and conduct tenant interviews and background checks
• Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including unit inspections and security deposit refunds
• Coordinate property maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and landscaping
• Address tenant concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Enforce lease terms and policies, including rent collection and lease renewals
• Maintain maintenance management system for efficient work order management.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of property maintenance practices and procedures
• Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office software
• Familiarity with legal administrative processes related to property management
