PSA - Personal Service Assistant

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Service Assistant (PSA) to provide exceptional support and care to individuals in various care settings. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and some mobility support. Monitor residents' health by taking vital signs, observing for changes in condition, and reporting findings to Administrator and RSC. Provide medication assistance support following HIPAA guidelines and care plans established by direct care teams. Maintain detailed documentation of care provided, patient observations, and any incidents in compliance with privacy regulations like HIPAA. Assist with light housekeeping duties. Support clients during community activities to foster social engagement and independence. Experience Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, group homes, or home & community care settings is preferred. Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; additional certifications such as CNA/MA are a plus. Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards related to patient information. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when required and work effectively in fast-paced environments supporting resident care needs. Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
