Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services (PRS) Specialist About Us KidsPeace is a private charity dedicated to supporting the behavioral and mental health needs of children, families, and communities. Since 1882, we have offered psychiatric hospital services, residential treatment programs, accredited educational services, and foster care programs. Our team works in an environment defined by compassion, creativity, collaboration, and a commitment to delivering hope and healing. Position Overview The PRS Specialist is responsible for implementing KidsPeace's Model of Care by providing individualized, hands-on rehabilitation services to children and youth. This role focuses on restoring, supporting, and strengthening daily living skills, community integration, and personal independence through trauma-informed, culturally competent interventions. The PRS Specialist works collaboratively with the treatment team, families, and community partners to help clients achieve goals across domains such as education, employment, housing, and personal well-being.
