Pinnacle health & Rehab, located in Canton provides long-term care and rehabilitation swevices to 67 residents. We take pride in providing the caring approach that allows the individuals to remain as independent as possible with the guidance in our approach to providing care. This includes creating a plan of care that fits the unique needs of every resident, including the physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual aspects of health. Our facility helps the residents maintain their connection with the communities surrounding us. Our ResCare unit helps to bridge the services between ResCare and the need for care provided in our nursing home setting. We also care for residents who can no longer perform every day tasks such as eating, bathing, or getting dressed. We understand that losing the ability to live alone may be very hard to adjust to. We are looking for PSS's who have the same caring outlook that can join our team. We offer flexible schedules, opportunity to increase your knowledge to better serve the residents that reside here. Applicants should hold a current PSS although we are willing to train the right candidate.
