Our care model integrates medication management, psychotherapy, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and Spravato (esketamine) within a collaborative, patient-centered environment designed to improve outcomes and expand access to care. We are currently seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Psychiatric Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing Novato, California clinic . Compensation $80.00
00 per hour , based on experience Compensation is structured around patient-facing clinical hours , with opportunities for schedule growth as patient demand increases Required meetings, trainings, and approved organizational activities will be compensated in accordance with Whole Mind policies Employment Structure This position will begin as a part-time W-2 role . As patient demand grows and the provider consistently maintains approximately 32+ patient-facing hours per week , there will be an opportunity to transition into a full-time benefitted W-2 position , including eligibility for benefits and expanded organizational support.
