Compensation & Benefits Base Salary Range:

$120,000 - $140,000 annually (commensurate with experience and licensure)

Performance Bonuses:

Up to $40,000 quarterly

PMHNP/FNP/AGNP

with Balanced Wellbeing, you will provide high-quality psychiatric care to patients in long-term care settings, including skilled nursing and assisted living facilities: Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing assessments Diagnose and treat mental health conditions through evidence-based medication management Develop and manage individualized treatment plans Order and interpret laboratory tests as appropriate Participate in GDR and psychotropic medication review meetings Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, facility staff, and families Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation Meet daily productivity and encounter expectations Respond to facility needs as appropriate (no formal on-call) What We're Looking For Active South Carolina APRN license as a

PMHNP , FNP
