Our approach integrates medical, psychological, and social support to help patients achieve lasting recovery and wellness. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a strong background in mental health and substance use treatment. The ideal candidate is confident, collaborative, and passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This is not an entry-level role—you should be comfortable managing complex cases independently while working within a team-based care model. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments Diagnose and manage mental health and substance use disorders Provide medication management, including MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment) Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests Provide care via both in-person and telehealth settings Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams Coordinate referrals and ensure continuity of care Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery Participate in quality improvement and clinical initiatives Provide TMS and Spravato treatment for patients. Willing to teach but preferred to have. Precept students and contribute to clinical education (optional but valued) What You Bring Active PMHNP license and Board Certification (PMHNP-BC) Minimum 3+ years of psychiatric clinical experience Experience with substance use disorders and
