Psychiatric Provider (NP/MD/DO) — Interventional Psychiatry (TMS, Ketamine, Spravato)

Locations:

Prescott Valley, AZ (primary). Also hiring for Sedona & Flagstaff.

Schedule:

Full-time or Part-time (4x10s or 5x8s). Some weekends

Compensation:

$80,000-$170,000 base (DOE) + productivity bonus (OTE $50k-$200k). New grads welcome. About Revitalize Ketamine Clinics We're an interventional psychiatry group delivering

TMS, IV/IM

ketamine, Spravato , and trauma-informed. We prioritize safe, ethical, evidence-based care—and helping people need us less over time. What you'll do Provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing care (in-person + telehealth as appropriate). Deliver/oversee TMS , ketamine (IV/IM/oral), and Spravato per protocols & REMS. Create trauma-informed , goal-driven treatment plans; coordinate with therapists/integration. Educate patients on risks/benefits; document thoroughly in the EHR. Collaborate on quality improvement, protocols, and research initiatives. You'll thrive here if you… Are licensed (NP/MD/DO) in Arizona or eligible; prescriptive authority required. Hold (or can obtain) DEA + Spravato REMS enrollment (we can help). Value set, setting & sustainability and enjoy a team-based, growth-oriented culture.
