Job description Psychiatrist Pueblo, CO A leading, mission-driven wellness organization in Pueblo, Colorado is seeking a dedicated Psychiatrist to join its growing behavioral health team. This well-established center employs more than 400 professionals and is nationally recognized for delivering whole-person, integrated care. Salary and Benefits Salary:
$250,000 $270,000 (commensurate with experience)Sign-On Bonus:
$10,000 total ($5,000 after orientation, $5,000 after one year) Medical, dental, and vision insurance with low deductibles Generous PTO and paid holidays Retirement plan: 403(b) with up to 6% employer match Subsidized YMCA membership Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) EAP, Teladoc, LifeLock, and wellness programs Childcare subsidy Tuition reimbursement Continuing education package Flexible scheduling options HRSA loan repayment eligibility Responsibilities Provide culturally sensitive, evidence-based psychiatric care for adults and children Conduct psychiatric evaluations, medication management, crisis assessment, and supportive therapy Develop individualized treatment plans addressing mental health and substance use needs Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver integrated, outcome-focused services Support and guide clinical staff, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and best practices Participate in administrative meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and strategic planning Supervise or mentor health professionals as needed Requirements Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Active Colorado medical license Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry Prescriptive authority in Colorado and ability to obtainDATA 2000
