Psychologist Annual Salary Ranges:
Telehealth / Headquarters / Onsite $167,244 (Licensed) $137,952 (Pre-Licensed) Psychologists providing in-person care in an inpatient unit will receive: $192,336 (Licensed) $158,640 (Pre-Licensed)

As a Psychologist with California Correctional Health Care Services, you will play a crucial role in providing mental health services to individuals in our care. Your responsibilities will include conducting screenings, evaluating incarcerated persons, crisis intervention, individual therapy, treatment planning, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. You may also have the opportunity to contribute to program evaluation and research. Immediately hiring at the following locations: California Health Care Facility (Stockton) California Correctional Institution (Tehachapi) High Desert State Prison (Susanville) Mule Creek State Prison (Ione) California State Prison, Sacramento (Sacramento) Substance Abuse Treatment Facility and State Prison (Corcoran) Restructured Recruitment and Retention Bonus Recruitment and Retention Bonus for clinicians newly hired with the State of CA has been restructured to provide a 1% bonus for the first 7 years, increasing by 1% year over year, maxing at a 7% bonus by year 7. Psychologists newly hired with the State of CA are also eligible to receive a recruitment and retention bonus of up to $30,000 within the first 12 months of service. Referral Bonus All
CDCR/CCHCS
employees that refer a mental health clinician who is successfully hired by CCHCS may be eligible to receive a referral bonus of $5,000 per appointed referral.
