Sonographer - RDMS Assure Fertility Partners of Philadelphia Bryn Mawr, PA Job Details Part-time 14 hours ago Qualifications Clinic experience Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Full Job Description Assure Fertility Partners of Philadelphia - Main Line Fertility is seeking a Part-Time Sonographer for our offices in the Philadelphia area. We are an established, successful fertility clinic with multiple locations which has been aiding patients in seeking fertility solutions for years. We are looking for an experienced Sonographer who actively supports and promotes our commitment to providing compassionate, comprehensive, state-of-the-art fertility care. Candidates should be passionate about working with a team and providing great customer service. The OBGYN Ultrasound Technologist is responsible for the daily performance of diagnostic ultrasounds. The sonographer must perform high quality scans and be able to adequately meet the needs of the physicians and the department.

Hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Friday 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday 7 a.m. - 11 a.m. with holiday rotation.

Responsibilities:

Prepare for diagnostic tests Set up ultrasound machine for diagnostic test View patient chart for previous studies and pertinent information Input appropriate charges ensuring medical necessity Inform nurse or provider of completion of exams Ensure physician needs are met to increase resource utilization Perform diagnostic tests in a timely manner Explain procedures Answer patient questions Perform appropriate ultrasound procedure Notify ordering physician of abnormal exams before patient leaves the office Ensure documentation is obtained Provide superior service to ensure customer satisfaction to both patients and providers Ensure Customer Satisfaction, call patients by name and check date of birth

Exam Room Maintenance:

Clean and maintain equipment Maintain stock of supplies; Stock linens and maintain rooms in a neat and orderly manner

Qualifications:

MUST be a Graduate of an accredited program and registered with the

ARDMS. OB/GYN

certification preferred 2 years experience in OB/GYN or Fertility practice
