Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Part-Time Front Desk Agent, working two days a week to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless check-in process Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and assistance to callers Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, cancellations, and billing using hotel management software Assist with night audit procedures when required, reconciling accounts and preparing reports for management Support front desk operations by coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs Uphold hotel policies and procedures related to guest services, safety protocols, and confidentiality Skills Strong background in hospitality management with previous hotel or resort experience preferred Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is a plus Ability to handle night audit tasks and perform administrative duties efficiently Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for engaging with guests and team members Passion for hospitality with a focus on guest relations, problem-solving, and creating welcoming environments This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in the hospitality industry while delivering outstanding service in a lively setting.
