Part-Time Resident Assistant / Med Tech Night Shift | Monday•Friday | 9:30 PM•6:00

AM Pay:

17.00•19.00 hourly No Weekends Required! Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, and mobility assistance Administer medications accurately and safely according to physician orders and community policies Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the Administrator. Document medication administration and resident care accurately and timely Provide compassionate emotional support and companionship to residents Assist residents during meal times and encourage proper nutrition and hydration Respond promptly to resident call bells, requests, and emergencies Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality policies and procedures Assist with resident activities and encourage social engagement Communicate effectively with residents, families, coworkers, and healthcare professionals Ensure medication carts, supplies, and resident care areas remain organized and properly stocked Perform routine safety checks and rounds throughout the shift Support and promote residents' independence, dignity, and quality of life Work collaboratively as part of the caregiving team to provide exceptional resident-centered care Experience Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, & nursing homes, environments is highly desirable.
