POSITION SUMMARY
The Graduate Pharmacist will assist in the safe and effective dispensing of medications, provide patient counseling, and support pharmacy operations under supervision. This role offers hands-on experience in clinical pharmacy practice, inventory management, patient care, and all other operational aspects of pharmacy operations while adhering to regulatory and ethical standards

For example, understand Kronos, ordering systems, know help desk numbers and who and when to call etc. Prepare prescription medications accurately according to physician orders. Review prescriptions for completeness, proper authorization, and potential drug interactions. Counsel patients on medication usage, dosage, and possible side effects. Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and prescription details. Assist in inventory management, including ordering and replenishing stock. Support pharmacy technicians and other staff in daily operations. Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company regulations. Participate in clinical programs, medication therapy reviews, and quality assurance activities. Stay updated on pharmaceutical developments, legislation, and best practices.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.

D.) degree or equivalent. Eligible for pharmacist licensure or internship program. Full Licensure to be completed within six months of hire CPR certification Active intern license for the state to which you will be employed until you receive an active pharmacist's license from the Board of Pharmacy of your state Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and compounding techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in pharmacy software and documentation systems. Patient-focused approach with empathy and professionalism. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to critically evaluate data and ensure medication safety. Knowledge of laws and ethical standards related to pharmacy practice.
Work Environment:
Fast-paced retail grocery store. Frequent interaction with customers and team members. May involve exposure to varying temperatures (e.g., near entrance or refrigerated areas). $32.00/hourly
