This is a part-time position with the opportunity for additional weekday hours in the future. We are a science-based, positive reinforcement training facility — we DO NOT use prong collars, choke chains, or e-collars. We are NOT "balanced" trainers . If you are committed to humane, effective training methods and love working with dogs of all sizes, ages, and breeds, we want to hear from you. We are expanding our in-facility services to the weekend and need multiple trainers. Schedule Weekends required (Saturday & Sunday). 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (• Approximately. Shifts will be between these hours) Potential weekday shifts may become available (not required) Compensation Starting at $20/hour Opportunities for growth as we expand Key Responsibilities Implement positive reinforcement training programs Work with dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages, and temperaments Assist with day-training structure and activities Maintain a safe, clean, and organized training environment Communicate clearly with pet parents about training progress and at-home reinforcement Support daily operations, including: cleaning, organizing, and general facility upkeep Assist team members as needed Qualifications Experience working in a professional dog training facility required Strong understanding of positive reinforcement training methods Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and energy levels Excellent communication and client interaction skills Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Must be available to work weekends Spanish-speaking is a plus Why Join The PupperZone?
