Primary Purpose:
To privide fast,easy, flexible and friendly service to our customers through the achievement of Food Lion customer standards. To be friendly, courteous and cooperate with other store associates. Responsible for assiting the Customer Service Manager and the Assitant Customer Service Manager in maintaining standards according to Front End Standard Practices, maximizing sales through excellent customer service. Smile, greet each customer and provide prompt, accurate and friendly service while engaging with customers to create a personalized checkout experience. Guide customers to an open SCO register, supporting the SCO experience from start to finish, moving throughout the SCO area being attentive and inviting. Resond timely to customers inquiries and self-chekout system notifications, including Everseen if applicable, in support of a hassle-free shopping trip.
