Punch Out Technician

Property Management Company seeking Punch Out Technicians for a Mulit-Million dollar rehab in the downtown Indianapolis area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must be able and have knowledge and skills to perform carpentry, painting,calking etc..
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• This position requires direct contact and good communication with construction crew, direct supervisors, office staff and other parties.
• Follow up with construction crew, supervisors, office staff and other parties to insure timely completion of punch out work.
• Responsible for effective reporting, record-keeping and documentation for future reference.

Skills and Abilities Desired:

• Very organized utilizing multitasking abilities and an attention to detailA background check will be completed before start date.
