Job Description

Leaders Staffing's Direct Hire Division is seeking skilled Purchasing Manager for our Manufacturing client located just north in Auburn, IN. This position will require both domestic and international travel and will be responsible for managing and optimizing procurement activities. Our client is family owned and has a great work environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of domestic and international markets, supplier management, and procurement strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in both domestic and international procurement. Manufacturing and engineering background preferred Knowledge/Skills Strong understanding of global markets and supply chain management and excellent negotiation skills Proficiency in procurement software and tools, such as ERP systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance. Experience with cost analysis and budgeting. #
