Job Description:

Guides quality assurance processes, tools & quality standards with industrial teams. Improves reports evaluating standards or specialized testing methods to ensure results meets or exceeds quality, timing, cost standards. Contributes to the development of protocols for the implementation and maintenance of technical QA and control systems for production processes. Assists audits and reviews quality data according to existing procedures. Documents results in required format. Organizes data for technical documentation enabling the quality methods function to calibrate and refine methodologies shaping continuous improvement impacts. Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements Regular and reliable attendance Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic with reliable attendance Willingness to work overtime when scheduled Ability to lift up to 50-70 pounds consistently and 90 pounds via team-lift Prior warehouse or equipment experience preferred (training provided) Comfortable in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet Execute tasks using hand-held RF units / scanners or voice units Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization Successful completion of a background check and drug screen If this role sound like the right fit for you, we encourage you to apply today. • Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
