Quality Inspections:

Regularly inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure they comply with quality standards and specifications.

Testing:

Perform various tests (e.g., dimensional, functional, visual) to evaluate product quality and performance.

Documentation:

Accurately document inspection results, test data, and any deviations from quality standards. Maintain detailed records of quality control activities.

Defect Identification:

Identify defects and non-conformities and work with production teams to address and resolve these issues promptly.

Corrective Actions:

Assist in identifying root causes of quality problems and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Equipment Maintenance:

Maintain and calibrate quality control equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Reporting:

Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.

Training:

Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.

Safety Responsibilities:

Conduct regular safety inspections of the workplace to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Promptly report any safety incidents, accidents, or near-misses to the appropriate personnel and assist in investigating the root causes.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite. Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills to identify and address quality issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate quality issues and solutions to various stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make decisions quickly. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Work effectively with production teams and other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of quality issues. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make decisions quickly. Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and promoting a safety culture 2nd shift 2pm-10:30pm or 3rd shift: 10:00pm-630am $17.97/hr. (Attendance bonus available. Temp to hire after 90 days, raised to $19.85)
