Key Responsibilities As a vital member of our Quality team, you will split your expertise between high-tech instrumentation and cross-functional collaboration. Analytical Testing & Instrumentation Perform routine and semi-complex analytical testing using GC, HPLC, GCMS, pH, density, titration , and other state-of-the-art methods. Prepare samples and reagents according to established laboratory procedures and sampling plans. Operate, maintain, and perform routine calibrations on laboratory instrumentation to ensure peak performance. Data Integrity & Quality Compliance Record analytical results accurately in lab notebooks/electronic systems, ensuring impeccable data integrity and reviewing results for completeness. Proactively notify supervisory or quality personnel of out-of-specification (OOS) results, unexpected outcomes, or method deviations. Support quality investigations by providing crucial analytical data and documentation. Safety & Collaboration Maintain a pristine, organized laboratory environment, strictly adhering to safety procedures and proper PPE usage. Partner closely with production and manufacturing personnel to ensure sampling plans and testing requirements are met seamlessly. Assist with training technicians or onboarding new laboratory staff when required. Education & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline. Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule. Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment physical.
Skills & Experience Hands-on Experience:
Proven experience operating and troubleshooting analytical instruments like GC or HPLC .
Lab Savvy:
Strong understanding of analytical chemistry techniques, laboratory documentation practices, and quality systems.
Tech Skills:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
Soft Skills:
Exceptional attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both lab and production teams. Experience working in a manufacturing or quality control laboratory environment is highly preferred!
